Don't spend all your bonus on Christmas - it will have to last you until at least July next year. (Apart from the adjusted CPI in March). That's when the review, and, the review of the review, may just kick in. Treat the bonus as a $30 per week rise. Use it just at that. That way, you will not be disappointed.
