Mix a  litre or two of Sorbolene Cream  with 1/2 bottle of your favourite and cheap :) hand washing liquid - shake, and you have a great big bottle of cleanser/hand moisturiser to decant into pump  bottles by the sink,  bathrooms, and laundry and just anywhere you need to rinse hands.

Instead of a manicure put a pair of skinny  latex gloves on over plenty of Sorboline or the like, rubbing into nail bed and then gardening gloves on and garden - walla when you take the gloves off beautiful smooth hands and nails.
