Covid cleaning/sterilisation shown on TV is generally not fully educational.

During the many Covid topics shown on TV, there are often shots of a staffer busily cleaning/sterilising the top of a table/bench or chair seat.  Very good & instructional but only to a certain degree.

To pass on the message correctly, the staffer should be shown as also wiping under the edge of the table top, under the edges of the chair's seat, front and sides as well at the chairs back, top and sides - All places where hands touch when lifting chairs or seating oneself at a table!

This requires more work/effort but is vitally necessary + if shown to the public via TV, it visually demonstrates where infected hands can/do touch.

I suspect many staffers/cleaners honestly & diligently clean/sterilise table tops but unwittingly neglect the other nearby adjacent areas that hands automatically touch.

Recently published research suggests that surface cleaning does nothing to prevent the spread of Covid, and is a waste of manpower and resources, however I agree that if it is to continue, it needs to be done meticulously.
