Couldn't be easier but really nice Pasta Sauce

Just some cooked mince and chopped onions!
packet chicken noodle or french onion soup!
Tin tomato soup (straight no water added to it)
Cook very gently for around 1/2 hr. or more (watch does not burn).
..................
Cook your pasta and pour all the other ingredients
over the top or through it and we love it but
we do not go mad on the rather bitter taste
of tomato paste and enjoy the sweeter taste of the
condensed tomato soup and Aldi at just 89c a
tin is as good as the best you can buy.
If wanted any grated cheese on top.
There you go Seggie...........:)
Enjoy
Phyl.

Just about to grab my case and head out to work when I had a peek

in and saw your recipe Phyl and it sounds amazingly simple to make.

I am having friends over Wed. night so will make it. I will just buy

a packet of shells and the other ingredients and how simple will

that be.

Anyone got a cheese cake recipe uses low fat cream cheese

and just lemon juice and one or two other things I can put together

Tuesday night for Wed. night?

I am sorry Brianna I forgot to post this cheese cake recipe I use

and it is very easy and really nice. Hope I am not too late for you.

............

cheesecake:

• 250g biscuits (ginger nuts or chocolate ripple best ).

• 50g butter

• 1 tin condensed milk (450g)

• 400g cream cheese (2 packets)

• zest and juice of 2 lemons.

For the base: Crush the biscuits finely. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the biscuit crumbs. Mix well, and pour into the bottom of a loose-bottomed flan case (mine was 20cm diameter). Spread the mixture out, and pat down firmly and smooth with the back of a spoon. Leave in the fridge to set.

For the filling: Put the condensed milk, cream cheese and lemon zest in a bowl and whisk until completely smooth. Add the lemon juice and whisk until combined and the mixture thickens (this happens quickly). Pour the filling mixture into the dish. Gently move the mixture in the pan so mixture is flat.

Place the cheesecake in the fridge and allow to set overnight. The filling will continue to set,

slices nicely.....add a dollop of cream or ice cream yummieeee................

.

Easy and really nice...

Make and enjoy and good for a Christmas Party or and gift....

All the best

Phyl.

I am going to make both the Spaghetti and cheese cake recipes today

as whereas once I took ages cooking now cannot be bothered so just

easy is what I look for and those are the easiest ones I have

seen for some time Phyl and I will let you know how they turn out.

They really seem great. I have a couple of neighbours elderly who

would enjoy a cheese cake for Christmas I am sure so if it turns

out good and I have no doubt it will I will take the advice and make them

presents of cheesecake.
