These are the same experts that keep changing their minds about diets /cancer /and cures for this that and the other.



My old mum told me that a little bit of what your fancy will do you the world of good.

Thanks for that advice Sandi....IF it works great....

but regardless we should (we are told unless

the Doctor says not to) drink that many glasses of water each day anyway so

why not at those times says I.

Gee, you learn more every day, I've been drinking water wrongly

all my life, I have only been drinking water when thirsty or hot and dry..

Occasionally, mistakenly, consumed ale instead of water, which can,

if overdone cause one to be lightheaded and possibly fall over. seth.

We do learn something every day. I have heard recently that drinking a glass of warm water preferably after a meal, would help dissolve any fat that has been eaten with the meal. It kind of makes sense. I say take everything that has been said with a glass of water.

listen to your body's needs - it is the expert on what you need and when, and also when you've had enough.

By the time a person feels thirsty their body is already slightly, at least....

dehydrated....

I do not think we wait until we need to take a breath do we?



nah we breathe to make sure we do not have to panic because we are short of air

.

Same thing with drinking water have a drink at intervals during the day and your

body never has the stress of dealing with dehydration.

I think most people here are in touch with their senses.....at our age

we also have more sense than we know what to do with :lol:
