Hi

I meet the age requirement to receive the "Age Pension" (>67 yrs), however, I do no receive the Age Pension as I exceed the Income & Assets threshold, and I am a self-funded retiree.

My question is. Am I still entitled and eligible to receive the "SAPTO" (Seniors & Pensioners Tax Offset), when doing my Tax? even though I do not receive any Government Pension.

Would appreciate some help on this.
