Use a good quality can of cream of chicken soup (e.g., Campbells) and make up as directed (add half can of water and half can of milk). Also add some shredded BBQ chicken and a small can (125gram) of creamed corn. When soup is hot (but dont allow it to boil)...stir the soup and slowly add one small beaten egg. Serve in bowls with a garnish of finely chopped shallots.
For larger quantities, just double or triple etc the ingredients.....
