Changing sheets (Man's work)

Ever had quite a few double or bigger beds to change the sheets at the same time? or just a big family or many visitors?

..

Instead of taking up  full outside lines, hang each sheet or shirt or anything for that matter, from the centre of the clothes line towards the outside instead of around the line. You can get 20 big sheets and more across the line rather than around it. SO much more washing can fit even a pull out from the wall arrangement just  pegging outside towards the centre instead of all around the line.

..

Tuesday 24th dawns ....How lucky are we....Have a great day folks.

Arrrh the old Hills Hoist, yep I've still got mine and I also leave my pegs on the line which means I must be lazy too........LOL however, I use to hang my clothes as Phyl has suggested but I had my kids very close together and consequently often had two in nappies, (I guess you all remember the days of cloth nappies LOL) many nappies to wash and dry during a long winter, my then neighbour wanted to know why I hung my clothes out as I did and the only reason I could think of at the time was that it was neat and tidy LOL LOL, she advised me (she was very experienced at this as she had a family of seven) that the clothes do dry quicker if they  are hung around the line as the line swings around faster in the breeze, I've used that method ever since and has worked for me, I still like the neat way though :) :) :)  So there we have it, different views on a very simple thing, isn't it great to be able to see things differently....
