Carefree flamingo holds up international flight

Footage of a strutting flamingo holding up an international flight has gone viral.

An Easyjet flight had just landed at Palma Airport on the Spanish island of Mallorca when the pilot noticed a majestic flamingo sauntering across the runway.

An airport worker who noticed the strange procession posted video of the incident to Twitter, which shows the plane slowly following the bird and honking its horn to try and scare it away.
