How many people read and understand the terms & conditions on many Apps?

I want to know why they have to have access to your contacts and your photos?!

I have asked so many and also witnessed many that just click and agree without even knowing what the terms and conditions are.

You would have to be a barrister to understand many of them.

Because they can as there are no regulations stopping them, as far as I know.

My mobile is old not like the new smart ones, so am unable to download these modern apps

I know what you mean Suze I had one of those 6 years back --- but gee I am so pleased with my smartphone --  however there are many Apps I do not have because of what they want you to agree to -- however, I find the smart phones very handy for many other things
